Join us on Thursday, February 18th, as a panel of chief marketing officers (CMO’s) help luncheon attendees solve their big marketing problems. The CMO’s will brainstorm ideas for your problem and with the audience, help you come to a solution or at least get you on the right track! So come with your big problem and go back to the office with an answer.

About Our Speakers:
Aaron Strout
As the head of marketing at social media agency, Powered, Aaron focuses not only on day to day marketing activities, but also provides a social voice for the company. Aaron continues with his speaking, blogging, podcasting and social networking activities with an eye toward creating awareness and lead generation for the company. Prior to joining Powered, Aaron was the Vice President of Social Media at Mzinga, a Burlington, Massachusetts-based provider of online communities and social networks for businesses. In this role, Aaron focused on tapping into the power of social media for business.
In addition to his knowledge of the interactive and new media landscape, Aaron has more than 15 years of online marketing and advertising experience, with a strong background in integrated and online marketing. Before joining Mzinga, Aaron worked at Fidelity Investments in their retail division, with a focus on online and acquisition marketing. Aaron's work at Fidelity revolved around Web strategy and marketing, as well as the development of interactive and print campaigns, including direct mail, e-mail, banner and print ads and event marketing.
Jay Hallberg
Jay Hallberg co-founded Spiceworks in 2006 to simplify the task of managing IT networks in the world’s small and medium businesses. The Spiceworks community has since grown to nearly 900,000 IT pros worldwide, become known as the “Facebook for IT Managers” and is transforming the way IT products are managed, marketed and sold. Jay is a frequent speaker on advertising-based business models, B2B social marketing and SMB IT trends. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an engineering degree from the University of Illinois.
Sam Decker
Sam Decker has written two books on word-of-mouth marketing and is an award-winning blogger. Prior to Bazaarvoice, he drove Dell's customer segmentation, their customer-centricity strategy and led Dell’s consumer web site, building Dell.com into the largest consumer e-commerce site at $3.5B in annual sales. A frequent speaker at marketing and ecommerce events, Sam brings almost 20 years of marketing and online retailing experience to his current role as chief marketing officer of Bazaarvoice, the market leader in hosted social commerce applications that drive sales. Sam works to help brands present the right user-generated content at the right time in the purchase path, bringing real value to the consumer and, therefore, the business.
